The Russian Government’s Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has recently announced new regulations, just ahead of the global Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic obviously changes the landscape in some significant ways. FAS Deputy Minister Andrey Tsyganov will be the keynote speaker at this webinar organized by the Russian Business Ethics Network and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research. This seminar will address the new FAS regulations as well as pandemic-related exceptions. Section One of the webinar will address implications for multinationals operating in Russia. Section Two will address implications for Russian companies, especially with respect to public procurement.
